Is there a way that you can put a discusion board on your
site, Like this one, but in real time (yahoo! messenger
type).?
If So, can you have it to save all what is sent so you can
keep an eye on what is said ?

You are looking for a Chat tool (real time), not a Discussion Board
- most hosts don't allow them due to possible bandwidth hogging
- search for Chat room tools
FP will only create a Discussion Web
