I could not find any questions - or responses - about metric sized labels. Is there someplace I can look that has formats for metric dimension labels? Why are Avery labels in inches the only label formats supplied with Word?

Never mind about the non-Avery. Found where to change that. What I have is a non-standard sheet size (16cm by 22.5cm) with A10 labels. I can't seem to find any product that has those dimensions.

Custom labels only has a few selections for sheet size, and mine isn't one of them.

Printing Options appears to allow the sheet size to be changed, but it doesn't allow changes.

OK: I believe that everything Avery makes, in either A4 or A5, and in the
US Imperial sizes, is available from the Word drop-down.

However, what you have is a C5 sheet. That is indeed a weird size.

However, the "Labels" are simply blank sheets with an invisible table on
them. So you can make your own in a flash.

Set your Custom Paper Size to the appropriate dimensions, then construct a
table on the sheet with the correct column widths and row heights to match
the labels.

Leave the borders of the table visible until you get the size and
positioning correct (by printing your table on plain paper and laying it on
top of a sheet of labels and then holding both up to a strong light).

Then turn the borders off so the "table" disappears, leaving only your
content.

Cheers
