We have had this problem here before on other PCs: The
email for Outlook Express starts to act up. You can not
reply or organize by date or any subject. A lot of mail
locks up. You decide to unistall Office and reinstall. The
uninstall works but then you can not reinstall office at
all. The installation process stops at about 75% loaded
and justs sits there. After all sort of disk scans, virus
scans, restarts, regisrty checks nothing works. The only
solution has been to reformat the PC and start over. We
are about to remove all Microsoft mail products from our
computers. The Outlook Express and Outlook appear to be
jopardizing all other programs run on this machine.
