Microsoft® Office 2003 Small Business Edition - Upgrade Version

I currently have a computer from Hewlett Packard, a Compaq Presario, that came loaded with Microsoft Office XP Small Business Edition. I am thinking of ordering Microsoft® Office 2003 Small Business Edition - Upgrade Version
518243. Am I eligible for the upgrade? The version of office that I have did not come with Powerpoint. Will that pose a problem? Also, Office used to include Access and MS Project as applications included in the suite. Why are they not inclued? Do you have suites for 2003 that do include them?

1) 2003 Small Business Edition (SBE) Upgrade will install all of Powerpoint
2003

2) Yes there are Editions of MS Office that include Access (Professional
Edition, not SBE), but I am not sure if Project is part of the package.
