Microsoft Document Image Writer problems

I have had problems with MDI. I've followed instruction listed
in previous post, but its still not installed. I've even tried to use
the repair and a complete de-install re-install methods of MS
Office... to no avail. It seems like it started after I installed
Office SP2 and XP updates. Any other idea's?
