that are experiencing this problem. Please send me the fix

As the article states, you *must* telephone the Microsoft Product
Support Services to get the hotfix. To find the phone number that
applies in your area, follow the link in the article, which is
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;CNTACTMS

The newsgroups are for users helping users. Microsoft employees
generally don't read this newsgroup, and you will not *ever* get a
response from them to your request by posting here.
