I am trying to download the Microsoft Office 2000 Premium
Edition on a laptop that came with Windows XP and am
getting error messages when I start to download the second
cd. The computer already has Microsoft Works installed on
it. Is there any compatablity problem between Microsoft
Office Premium 2000 and Windows XP and/or Microsoft Works?
I hope someone knows the answer to this as I need to have
the Microsoft Office installed on my laptop. Thank you!!

Are you trying to download (i.e. retrieve it from the Internet) or are you
trying to install using an actual CD? What error message do you get?
