Has anyone figured out why after installing MS Office patch that
Microsoft Office Document Imaging is working anymore?

Hi Bill,

Can you be a bit more specific?

What version of MS Office?

What update did you install?

What steps are you using to use Document Imaging?

Hi Bob,

I'm running the Student/Teacher 2003 edition on XP media center. I
applied the latest updates/patches from the MS Web site for XP and MS
Office.

I follwed the instruction posted by Carey Frisch in a previous post.
I also tried a complete de-install/re-install of office. Non of the
methods worked.

I've noted that there have been other's in this group that have had
the same problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Bill,

Are you saying that there is no entry for MS Office Document Imaging in Start=>Programs=>Microsoft Office Tools
or that you aren't seeing the MS Office 2003 Document Imaging Printer
when you use, for example, File=>Print in Word?

Hi Bob,
I'm not seeing the MS Office Document Imaging Printer from File/Print
in Word. I do see MS Office Document Imaging in
Start=>Programs=>Microsoft Office Tools
