I am trying to install Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 on to my computer since I just got my new harddrive...in the middle of the installation it stops and says it can not find W2561405.CAB...can someone please send this .CAB to me...

Shannon, I expect that the file is on your CD. Have you looked on the CD to
see if you can browse to it? It should be in the root of the CD. At this
point in the installation, Setup is just trying to copy the file. As a
test, can you manually copy the file to your hard drive? Sometimes the
problem is as simple as some dust on the CD. Using a soft cloth to clean
the data side of the CD could solve your problem.

No I do not still have the CD's after I used them to run the prgram back to my computer while at my dad's house I left them there...I should have finished installation while I was there but I was running late for work and had to get back into town...I have everything except that .CAB file...is there any way that someone can send me that file and i manually put it on my computer...maybe send it in a zip file an I download it...I desperately need it...my dad live in a different state and my resume is stuck inside the system can't open it do to installation not complete so Word does not word either....can someone please help...I really need it don't know what else to do...I have loooked everywhere...my email address is (e-mail address removed)

You still need the CD to finish the install.
