Microsoft Office publisher has encountered a problem and needs to.

I have recently purchase a Konica Minolta 2300W color laser printer.Prior to
receiving this printer,I had no problem printing either the (create) business
cards and some (create) poems pages (with graphics) on neither my HP Deskjet
3745 (color) or the HP Laserjet 5N (Black and White) printers.All the work
was create with Publisher 2003 fyi.Now what happens when I go to file and
print on the minolta...I get a Microsoft office publisher error
window...heres what it says "Microsoft Office publisher has encountered a
problem and needs to close" We are sorry for the inconvenience".there are two
options to click 'Send Error report'...or 'don't send'..Now I have no problem
printing my business cards or poems pages with either of my HP
printers?...but each time I attempt to send the print job to my new Minolta
Color laser 2300w printer I get this M/S Error window?.Also each time I click
'don't send error report'...the publisher program closes on its own...and
shortly later the minolta printer begins to print the print job to the
minolta?. ,If you are wondering,have I tried uninstalling the drivers and
reinstalling the drivers to the minolta printer..yes twice.same results.Sorry
about the long read,but I could sure use some advice on this...thank you all

Check the Minolta web site for an update to your new
printer driver. The driver that was installed from the Cd
that accompanied your purchased printer may be up to a year
old.

Try this
Delete the Minolta Printer and then try reinstalling it with a Printer
name like M PRINT or whatever you fancy as long as the name is less than
8 characters.
There is a knowledge base article on this subject but I can't remember
the number and you could spend the time searching for it.

Completely remove the printer drivers and re-install. If remnants are left behind you
could have your issue. As suggested browse to Konica and look around for an updated
driver.
