1) Learn how to use the caps-lock key, typing everything in caps makes you
look like an idiot and is difficult to read.
2) if it's Office 2000 or earlier, no you can't get another key.
3) If it's Office 2002/XP or 2003 run a search on Microsofts web site.
Actually, Microsoft will still re-issue a product key for Office 2000. I
called them myself and asked. And searching the web will just get you the
phone number to call - not a key.
You can install the Belarc Advisor and get your key that is now in your computer. Use that key again if needed for the install on the same computer http://www.belarc.com/

However, neither Belarc Advisor nor any other product key retrievers I've
see can retrieve the key for Office 2000. If that's the version you have,
your only hope is to find the CD case.
Belarc Advisor actaully shows the producr key for Office 2000 on your
system? All I get is the Product ID -- the same 20-digit number that's
shown in Help | About. Is your version of O2K one of those that has
to be activated?
in Belarc. Can you kindly explain that to me? This is on my W2K Pro
machine with Office 2000 Premium

ter. Use that key again if needed for the install on the same computer
