Can you run office XP off of a server without installing
it on each machine attached to that server? (Assuming
you have the proper liscenses.

No it must have the registry entries for each program installed in the
registry of the PC running the program.

Yes. That's what Terminal Server is for. It had better be a pretty powerful
server, though.
