MICROSOFT OUTLOOK 2000

The following error message appears when closing an e-mail.
"Outlook executed an invalid instruction in module
<unknown> at 0000:01204122" - please advise how to fix. I
have uninstalled and reinstalled program but still the
same error?

Hi Angie,

The problem you are experiencing can occur if the Outcmd.dat becomes corrupt. The Outcmd.dat file stores toolbar and menu settings. Please follow the
steps in the following Knowledge Base (KB) article to see if this resolves your issue.
