i am trying to edit the font in my "signature" but the 'font' and 'paragraph'
buttons are 'greyed out'.
Does anyone know how to correct this?

Are you set for HTML or plain text? Plain text can't do fancy stuff.

Thank you. I realized that very soon, and I'm now using "rich text " , and
was able to format my signature with a different font .
