Microsoft Outlook - contact details

I have amended email address in the contacts section, but when emailing, the
incorrect details still appear instead of the correct ones, i.e. email
address. Can anyone help me with this please?

We might if you told us how you were entering the email address and what
version of Outlook you are using. Remember, we aren't watching you so we
have no idea what you're doing.

I think you may have the old address in the AutoComplete file. There are
many posts about this.

When you start typing in the To... field the wrong address comes up? - If
that's what is happening, use your cursor to highlight the email address
that shows and press your delete button. Stay away from the mouse as you do
this - it's easier to get it with the keyboard clicks and points.
