"Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close"

"Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close" - This is
the message I get now every time I shut down Outlook 2002. I've used
Outlook for years with no problem. It appears to function normally except
when I try to shut it off. A Box appears on the warning window to either
restart Outlook or not.

I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled XP Office - I still get the
message??

The data window that is sent to Microsoft is way over my head - no solid
clues to me of what is going on.

Any suggestions ?
