When I receive E mail it does not automatically appear in
my inbox. I have to manual hit sned/receive all to get
my mail. What is my problem (Other than myself)?

What version of Outlook are you using? What kind of mail server are you
connecting to? (Exchange? POP3/SMTP? IMAP?) How are you connecting to
your mail server? (Cable modem? DSL? Dialup? Local network?)
