will get faster and less frustrating replies if you do a few standar
things:
- try to define the problem in the thread title. Since this is a
Outlook forum, simply stating "Microsoft Outlook" is not too useful.
- begin your message with a few details about your system and th
version of software you are running, for example, "I am runnin
WinXP/SP3 and MSOffice2007 on a Dell Optiplex 270."
- you might also provide a hint about your skills so the perso
responding can structure their reply appropriately, for example, "
have used Outlook for several years, but am not a power user"
- then state the problem and what you have done to analyze an
resolve it.
So, a few questions:
- what operating system are you running?
- what version of Outlook?
- have you done any recent system updates? MSOffice updates?
- did you have any trouble with Outlook before the "not installed
problem?
- have you rebooted and tried again?
- have you checked to see if you Outlook profile is still there?
- have you checked to see if your pst files are still there
