Microsoft outlook

I have Film Factory loaded as my printer picture software & am trying to make
Microsoft outlook my default mail in this software with no success. It won't
recognize it as the default & the computer seems to be unstable when I open
outlook now. I also downloaded Sony digital camera software. Any
ideas..Thanks Randy

The default mail client is selected in Internet Explorer with Tools>Internet
Options>Programs.
