I am running windows XP and for about a month now
Microsoft outlook is very unstable. when opening up the
message "unable to start processing services" appears and
when I click OK it closes outlook. I have to do this a
few times before it will function satisfactorily. as
messages start coming it in freezes at about 20%
complete.
