Microsoft outlook

Dear All

almost everytime get to open my microsoft outlook ,i get an error which says
"messaging interface has returned and internal error.if the problem persists
try restarting microsoft outlook"
i have tried to resolve the problem by doing the same and also by
reinstalling the programme but nothing seems to have worked out.

Can someone help me on that.
