Microsoft PowerPoint

Using Microsoft PowerPoint 2002, putting sound on frames, worked ok last
week but now when I click on sound from clip organizer get box up saying
Microsoft clip organizer, clip organizer cannot access the file an error
accrued during a seek operation error code.ox80030019 can anyone help me,
removed office and reinstalled it but same error

See if emptying your browser cache in Internet Explorer helps.
