Bill,
Unless you know someone who has an old Project 98 CD laying around,
there are no trial copies. Microsoft has stopped support of the older
versions of Project (the latest being Project 2003). If you don't know
someone, your best bet is to try one of the on-line auctions, like eBay.
You can find Project 98 but while your at it, you might consider getting
a newer version (e.g. Project 2000). It is still supported by MS and you
can get a copy at a reasonable price.
