Microsoft Project and MAS 500 Project Accounting

I have questions relative to creating the project estimate in Microsoft Project and updating it to MAS 500 Project Accounting. Primarily how to save the project plan prior to creating the estimate so that it can be pulled back up if errors are discovered and the estimate has to be deleted from MAS 500 and re-done.

Uhhh - can't you just save the Project file as you do any other file
produced by a Windows appluca
