Microsoft project help!!!

I am a student using Microsoft Project 2003 and I am stuck and cannot
understand what I am doing wrong.

I am trying to create a Budget for a fictional project case but can't seem
to allocate accommodation costs at £650 per week inclusive or half the
Project Director's staff costs at £2,250 per month. All other resources
including contract staff, miscellaneous fixed costs and PC Hardware have
already been successfully (I think). Is anyone out there that can help me?
I am a complete novice when using Project and have looked at this for 5 hours
already without success.

Any advice anyone can give would be appreciated.

Hi Robert,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

A resource's cost is not just his wages, but the cost to the project of
using that resource. If you want that cost to include accommodation, etc,
then just add it on to the rate.
