My company is moving to XP but due to the number of PC's
(10's of thousands) this is taking place over more than a
year.

This has resulted in part of the company being on Xp while
other are on Windows '95! I have views for Excel and Word
which allow me to look at documents generated in later
versions but not for Project or powerpoint. Are these
views available?

Colin,
You seem to be mixing apples and oranges between operating system
versions and application versions. You don't specify which version of
Project is prevelant in your company however if everyone has Project
version 2000 or later, you should be ok regardless of whether the
Windows OS is '95 or XP. However if some people still have Project 98
then there will be a backward compatibility issue with those people who
have later versions of Project. In other words, someone who has Project
2000 or later will need to save a file in Project 98 format in order for
someone with Project 98 to be able to read it.

Does that answer your question?
