I am looking for the best way to allow all my mangers to view my managers to
view my Microsoft Project documents.

Huh?

If you want your managers to view your managers viewing your project
documents, use a camera.

I must admit that kai beat me to the punch on the wording of your
message. I guess proofreading has fallen out of style. Seriously though,
