Microsoft visual C++ library runtime

I always get that library runtime popping up saying that
the application has requested the rumtime to terminate it
in an unusual way. Program C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE can
anyone help me get rid of this problem..

Sounds to me like MSBlaster virus.............. easily got rid of,
check sites like Norton and macaffee
