Microsoft Word keeps encountering a problem and needs to close.

I keep getting this message whenever I try opening words or even using
Microsoft Outlook to write a new message "Microsoft Word has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I follow
links and hen it tells me to update Office to fix my problem, but THEY'RE NO
AVAILABLE UPDATES. I even tried reinstalling Office (maybe i didn't do write,
but im sure i did) and I still get this message, can somebody help me please??
