microsoft works 7.0 character spacing

Hi,
I have Microsoft Works 7.0. I cant figure out how to make
a bigger space between characters. right now they are
practically on top of each other and you can barely read
it. Also my spacebar when i hit it i have to hit it twice
to make a space between words. I have tried looking on
the help section but could not find the answer. PLEASE
HELP

Well this isn't a Works newsgroup, so you really need to post this problem
there. However, if this was Word, I immediately suggest that you make sure
that your printer driver is the latest and reinstall it.
