Hi All,

I hope you can help me. I don't use Office Enterprise very much so I wan't
to unistall the whole program from my system but when I try using ADD/REMOVE
programs, it says it can't unistall this as the files have been corrupted and
that I should try using the disc I set program up with to uninstall.

Unfortunatley I don't have the disk, so is there any other way of getting
this off my system safely ?

I hope you can help me.

Kind Regards,

Caroline x

PS: I'm using Windows XP Home Edition SP2

Where did you get the install from?? If it is a pirated version of Enterprise then you are out of luck here.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for responding. Unfortunatley I'm not sure 'where' it came from as a
friend downloaded it for me a while back. Thing is, I just don't really use
the program, so its just a pure waste of disk space.

So can anyone help or ...?

How to uninstall the 2007 Office system if you cannot uninstall it
by using the "Add or Remove Programs" feature:

Hi Carey,

Thanks for the advice. I have just run through the instructions to try and
uninstall Office Enterprise 2007. The file '4b2186c.msi' wouldn't uninstall
and I could also not delete file 'ose00000.exe' but I managed to do
everything else it told me too.

At the end of the instructions (from your link) I am a bit confused as it
says, restart your system and then re-install office 2007 ? I don't really
understand that as I want to uninstall it. What does that mean ?

Also...can I ask.....will my PC now be Office Enterprise 2007 free ?

I appreciate your help and I eagerley await your response.

Many Thanks,

Caroline x

***I have never done anything as 'intense' as this to my PC before, but I am
finding it very interesting indeed and quite easy to follow. :) ***

ose00000.exe ???????????

You have a pirated version of Office Enterprise installed. To remove your pirated Office Enterprise completely without the original install CD media you will have to reformat your system.
