Migrate Outlook Express Folders

I'm setting up a new computer with Outlook 2003. How do
I copy my folders, inbox, sent items, etc and all the
mail in the folders, from the old computer with Outlook
Express?

You can't. You can only import into Outlook from OE when OE is installed on
the same partition.
Ask in an OE group how to migrate your data to OE first.
