Our Dept. is using Office 2000 and planning to roll out Office 2003. Office
2000 is installed in the default C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\ folder.
We have customized 2003 to be installed to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office
2003\ folder. This allows us to run both versions of Office on the PC giving
users the opportunity to make the adjustment to the 2003 version.
The problem is that I can't figure a way to migrate or import customizations
done in the 2000 version. Settings such as file locations, macros, toolbars
are set to the default with the 2003 installation, and I want to be able to
show users how to "backup" their 2000 settings and migrate or import them
into 2003 without having to manually create them.
Of course, just doing an upgrade seems to work fine, but we need to run both
versions for a short time.
Thanks for your advise.
