minimize application menu

Hi ALL,

When I open the db, the ms access application is minimize (i.e. i am using a
macro called mcrHIDE). BUT if at any time I click on the ms access to
maximize it, it will maximize. I don't want this to happen. In addition, when
I minimize ms application after I have maximized it, everything gets minimize
even my switchboard/forms. How can I keep the ms access application from
maximizing? Can this be one? any suggestions?
