Minimize Outlook Windows

Just installed 2003 Student & Teacher's edition.
Everytime I minimize a window, it shuts the application
down. I am running XP Home with SP2 installed.

Does anybody have a fix?

What makes you think it shuts the application down? Perhaps it's minimizing
tot he system tray. Click the Outlook icon in the notification area and
uncheck "Hide when minimized".
