Minimizing Outlook

Since installing Service Pack 1 Outlook closes down every time it is
minimized and is not to be found in the task bar. Is this a bug or a
feature?

Outlook is minimizing to the System Tray. Right-click on the Outlook icon
in the System Tray and uncheck "Hide When Minimized".

I have the same problem, and it is definitely not going to the system tray. Nor is it continuing to run as a background process. It really shuts down.
