Missing Administrator Account

I re-formatted my hard drive about 2 months ago and re-installed Office XP
Professional.

I was using a default Administrator account until today when I thought it
safer to create a non-administrator account for daily use.

I created 2 new user accounts, "Admin" & "Newbie".

Once I did the original Administrator account disappeared. Along with it
went all the files I had saved. I am sure this account is somewhere but it
doesn't appear when log on or try to swap user.

Where is this account hiding?

Go into Safe Mode and you'll find it. Also, when the Welcome window
appears before you go into Normal Mode, you can hit Crtl+Alt+Del and
make the Administrator account visible so you can log into it.
