missing appointments

Several users are reporting that they REGULARLY loose appointments

Are there any known issues - I've looked at these groups but...

BTW: the MAC user has shared the mailbox with other users...

We just got Entourage at our work and it looks like if you have multiple
mailboxes in your Entourage then any changes you make to your address book
or your calendar is copied to all those mailboxes. So if you have your
mailbox and a generic mailbox and the generic mailbox is shared by other
users then all your personal contacts and your calendar is also being shared
with those users.

If anyone has found a way around this please help.
