Missing Bullets and Animations

Adam

Good day to you all,

Here's another barn burner for you. I have a PowerPoint 2003 presentation
that is in revisions. It's in revisions because the client does not have
PowerPoint 2003, but they like all the functionality and fancy bullets in the
presentation. Is there a way that they can use the PowerPoint 2003
presentation without actually having a copy of PowerPoint 2003. Please
advise. Thanks a million.

You can download PowerPoint Viewer 2003, which is free. Users will be able to
open and see the presentations, but not edit them.

They can view the presentation in any earlier version including 97. The only
things the will not see are things that are unique to 2003. You can turn
these off before you create your presentation by clicking on Tools, Options,
Edit, and check mark the items under Disable new features.
