Missing Dictionary

Wehn I went into My outlook 2000 this morning spell check
would not work. When I checked the settings I found that
there were no dictionarys listed. I have re serviced
packed outlook but still no joy. I have tried everything
short of a complete reinstall. ANY SUGESSTIONS
