Missing Emails in Public Folders.

I have a business user told me that when he go to one of the folde
under Public Folder in Outllook, he didn't get all the emails. H
only gets 3 emails under the public folder

When I go to the same folder, I got 10 emails.

He's filter is off.

Do you know what is happening

Any help is appreciated
