missing emails

Once when I first set a 'Rule' using Outlook 2002, I
received no emails for three days. I had chosen
to 'delete' any emails coming from an certain address. The
problem was that at one step, if you do not check an
option, it applies the action to all emails! Therefore
Outlook deleted all my emails until I discovered my error.

You might have him open any rules that were set up around
that time.
