Missing Emails

Hi
I tried to send out 1 email with 64 email address in "To"
field . after I send out . I found that in the return
email stated that I only send out to 60 email address.
It missed the last 4 email address!!!!
Dose outlook have any limitation in the "To" field? if
yes, how do I change it ???????

That limit is imposed by your ISP, not by Outlook.
