Missing fields in new email

Hi. I've gone back a few days and looked for an anwer to my problem and
didn't find anything, so forgive me if this has been addressed before.
When I click on New----->Mail Message
the normal new mail window pops up as it should. However, the Subject, CC,
and BCC fields are all missing. The only option that is available is the To:
field. How can I get it to display the other fields?
