Missing files in Office 2003 setup

Each time I try to install Office Standard 2003 on XP Professional there
appears to be a number of files missing showing errors for example when
Outlook is intalling - Error 1309 OUTLPREF.H. I can continue to ignore these
errors but finally a DDL file will kill it all off. I've installed this
version successfully on previous PCs but for some reason this one isn't
having any of it.
