missing internet header in Outlook 2000

Some of the email messages I received in Outlook 2000 do not display any
message header information in Options box. Would anyone please kindly tell
me why and how can I solve this issue? Thanks in advance.

Do you connect to an Exchange server? Internal mail won't have any header
info included.
