missing Microsoft Off. 2000 professional disk, get in bad loop

I can't find my Microsoft Office 2000 Professional disk and at various points
I'm prompted to insert it, but I don't have it and I get into a long loop
where I have to keep hitting cancel all the time. What can I do????
