Missing pull-down menu "FILE"

Missing pull-down menu of file. URGENT

According to the missing of pull-down menu "FILE", we have tried to
uninstalled and install again the microsoft office. But still unsuccessful.
Please help us. We cannot do page setup since the word of "FILE" is
missing.Thank you.
