Missing records in database

I am testing logging data to a database using my Personal
Web Server; however, the data is not saved to the
database!!! I published the site, input the data on the
form, click submitt. I receive a confirmation indicating
the responses that I have typed. After closing, I look at
the database in Front Page and the records are not there.
I look at the database in c:\inetpub\wwwroot, the records
are not saved there. What is happening??????
