missing "send" button

Outlook does not have "send" and "send and receive"
button. I repaired and re-installed outlook 2000, but
still the problem is not solved.
The send button and send and receive button is still
missing.
Please help :-(

Have you right clicked on the toolbar to
select 'customise'? if you can see send & receive under
Tools on that list then it just needs to be drageed to
the bar.

The button is part of Standard Toolbar;
View-> Toolbars-> Standard

Otherwise, in which mode are you using Outlook? You need to run in IMO or
CW-mode. The No email mode doesn't have a Send/Receive button.
